Just One Thing

"Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus." Philippians 3:13-14

St. Paul undrstands the power of just one thing. He uses the pharse "one thing" to bring clarity and focus to his calling. Sometimes, nothing seems to be right with our game; we miss our passes, bungle our shots, teamwork is a mess, that's when we must focus on "just one thing".

Assistant Coach Luke share with us to set a personal improvement goal everytime we practice. It does the same thing. It help us focus on just one tning that we want to improve on, then work at it. It will take time but it will be effective.

In life, it the same as well. When we feel overwhelmed, focus on "just one thing"; focus on God. Trust Him to guide you on the right path
